Mentally Handicapped Student at South Park Elementary

Nathan's Henchman

Mimsy is a mentally handicapped student at South Park Elementary. He is best friends with Nathan and often serves as his henchman against Timmy Burch and Jimmy Valmer.

Mimsy made his first appearance in the episode "Crippled Summer". In this episode, he helps Nathan in his scheme to get Timmy to join their team for the Special Ed Science Fair. Mimsy also appears in the episode "The Coon", where he helps Nathan and the other children fight against the Coon and Friends.

Mimsy is a loyal friend to Nathan, and he is always willing to help him out. He is also a kind and caring person, and he often tries to help others who are in need.
